Logistics Project Manager Job OpportunityAre you a seasoned project manager with exceptional communication skills and strategic problem-solving abilities? We're seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate the implementation of our SAP system and operational separation between logistics operations across LATAM.This is a challenging role that requires precision, decisiveness, and adaptability. As the Logistics Strategic Projects Implementation Program Manager, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional project teams, managing change management risks and opportunities, providing effective stakeholder management, and driving consistent communication strategies.We're looking for someone with a proven track record of scoping, planning, and executing complex initiatives on time and within budget. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling decks and tailor messages to diverse audiences. Strong leadership in matrixed environments is also essential.The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of SAP/EWM principles and prior system implementation experience. Familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations, including WMS and TMS systems, is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Lead and align cross-functional project teams, including DTS, Logistics Central Support, and site Logistics SMEs.Manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Provide effective stakeholder management and collaborate closely with the Logistics PMO.Drive consistent communication and implementation strategies that balance business continuity with demanding project deadlines.Facilitate decision-making and prioritize trade-offs across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.What We Offer:As a Logistics Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a high-profile project with significant impact on our organization's operations.
