Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing logos, brandmarks, and identity systems, as well as creating print-ready collaterals and building brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Branding & Traditional Design:Design logos and brandmarks that effectively communicate the company's values and message.Create print-ready collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, stationery, packaging, and OOH layouts.Build and maintain brand guidelines including typography, color, grids, imagery, and tone of voice.Social-First Content & Motion:Produce thumb-stopping posts, carousels, reels, shorts, and lightweight motion graphics.Translate brand campaigns into platform-native visual narratives for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.Maintain template systems for speed without losing craft.Collaboration & Quality:Partner with the UI/UX designer and social media manager to deliver cohesive campaigns.Present concepts with clear narrative and rationale, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.Track creative performance with the social media team and refine based on insights.AI-Enhanced Creativity & Workflow:Use AI tools to ideate, generate, and iterate on design concepts.Build repeatable pipelines for moodboarding, concept generation, and refinement.Document learnings and champion best practices for the team.
