Medical Specialist OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within their division.Key Responsibilities:Patient CareConduct comprehensive patient assessments, take medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate personalized treatment plans for injuries, illnesses, and disorders within the specialty.Treatment and ProceduresPrescribe and administer appropriate medication, therapy, or other specialized medical care and perform necessary procedures/surgeries related to the specialty.Collaboration and ConsultationLiaise and consult with other medical specialists, departments, and support services to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.DocumentationAccurately document all relevant clinical information in a clear and timely fashion in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Quality Improvement and ResearchActively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities to enhance patient safety and care standards.Supervision and EducationProvide instruction, guidance, and supervision to junior medical staff, residents, and students.CommunicationCommunicate clinical information to patients and their families in a timely and compassionate manner, obtaining informed consent for procedures as required.Qualifications and Requirements:Education: A MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical school is essential.Post-Graduate Training: Completion of a structured clinical residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialization is required.Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience post-specialization is preferred.Licensing: A valid Department of Health license or an eligibility letter to practice in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous medical education (CME/CPD) are essential.Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of care standards within their division.Others:Applicants should have excellent time management and organizational skills to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
