Join us on this groundbreaking journey as we reshape the future of finance, governance, and technology.What you'll be doing:Architect and build scalable full-stack Web3 applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS with TypeScript.Lead frontend dApp development including wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Phantom, etc.), token gating, and NFT interactions.Build backend APIs and services with NestJS (TypeScript), integrating directly with Ethereum, Layer 2s and other blockchains.Develop, audit, and deploy secure smart contracts in Solidity.Design NFT marketplaces, DeFi dashboards, and FinTech dApps with smooth UX and reliable transaction flows.Ensure security best practices across frontend, backend, and smart contracts.Collaborate closely with product and management teams to rapidly iterate, experiment, and launch products.Mentor other engineers on full-stack Web3 integrations and best practices.What we look for in you:3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong focus on React, Next.js, and NestJS in TypeScript.Proven ability to build frontend Web3 integrations using ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, rainbowkit, or similar libraries.Experience in developing backend Web3 integrations: smart contract interaction services, indexers, and blockchain data APIs.Good knowledge of Solidity and familiarity with Rust smart contracts.Hands-on experience with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi protocols.Proficiency in designing and maintaining robust backend systems with NestJS, Express, or similar.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills, with focus on performance, security, and scalability.Clear and effective communicator who can explain complex Web3 concepts.Ability to drive end-to-end features and work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
