This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5, ABAP, and backend integration, along with a collaborative mindset to work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with functional consultants and end users to discover, design, and develop SAP solutions.Lead development, testing, and delivery of SAP Fiori and ABAP applications.Define and implement coding standards and naming conventions.Assist in testing and validation to ensure development requirements are met.Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.Analyze high-level business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in quality management tasks including code reviews, version control, and transport management.Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum or DevOps in development cycles.Functional/Technical CompetenciesSAP Fiori design principles and SAP UI5 application developmentABAP programming for backend logic and data modelingOData protocol and service developmentSAP Gateway integration for Fiori applicationsFront-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuerySAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Restful ABAP Programming (RAP), and CDS ViewsDevelopment quality management and process streamliningBehavioral CompetenciesResult Orientation and AccountabilityStakeholder Centricity and Strategic CollaborationCritical Thinking and Problem-SolvingResilience, Adaptability, and AgilityStrategic Planning and Decision-MakingInfluence and Business Value CreationIntegrity and Cultural AlignmentEducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering – Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience10+ years of experience in SAP developmentMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP Fiori and ABAPExposure to Agile methodologies and large-scale SAP implementationsCertificationsSAP ABAP and SAP Fiori certifications preferredLanguage SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in additional languages is an advantageStakeholder InteractionInternal: Senior Management and cross-functional teamsExternal: External partners, vendors, and service providersWhy Join GMG?At GMG, we're dedicated to nurturing a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes growth, innovation, and well-being.
