Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to drive business growth by leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine predictive models for demand planning and forecasting across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in approach within SAP IBP and o9 platforms.Understand and capture regional business needs to design scalable forecasting solutions.Provide data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and optimize inventory planning, as well as drive adoption and process maturity.Establish and monitor KPIs for forecasting performance, ensuring continuous improvement.Collaborate with regional teams to standardize forecasting practices and promote best practices.Support automation and touchless opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques.Conduct root cause analysis for forecast deviations and implement corrective actions.Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels to drive decisions and actions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong background in demand planning, forecasting, and statistical modeling.Working knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms.Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in multi-country or regional planning environments is a plus.
