Job PostingWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in transforming data into meaningful insights for our offshore clients.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingCreate, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportCollaborate with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Work with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor the performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Requirements:Windows 11 operating system or macOS 13+256GB storage space - minimum16GB RAM - minimumDual Core CPU - minimumCamera: HD Webcam (720p)Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our organization.
