We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design and development of a modern, cloud-native data warehouse on AWS.This role is pivotal in building a scalable, secure, and efficient data platform that supports analytics, reporting, and AI use cases across the organization.The ideal candidate should possess both technical expertise and leadership abilities to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing a cloud-based data warehousing solution on AWSLeading a team to develop and maintain data pipelines and models for large-scale data environmentsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision makingRequired skills and qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years working in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS)Strong hands-on experience with AWS S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, and other core AWS servicesProficient in SQL and Python for data transformation and automationExperience in building and managing data models and data pipelines for large-scale data environmentsSolid understanding of data warehousing principles, data lakes, and modern data architectureExperience leading and mentoring data engineering teamsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsExperience with Power BI, Snowflake on AWS, or Databricks is a plusExposure to DevOps practices such as CI/CDFamiliarity with data governance and security frameworks in AWSBenefits of this role include:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and toolsChance to lead and mentor a team of talented engineersCollaborative and dynamic work environmentOthers:Familiarity with agile methodologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
