Project Overview:

This ultra-luxury real estate project is a 62-floor building located in Neopolis, Hyderabad. The development includes a clubhouse spanning 1.5 L Sq. Ft. with 5-star facilities and is designed to set new benchmarks in luxury living. The project will be executed in collaboration with international consultants, ensuring the highest standards of design, quality, and construction.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support this prestigious project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior and landscaping works, particularly for hotel projects, and will play a key role in ensuring cost management, project quality, and seamless coordination with international consultants.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-outs, landscaping, and related works for the entire 62-floor building and the clubhouse.

• Collaborate closely with international consultants and design teams to align project requirements with cost estimations and budgeting.

• Conduct thorough cost estimation and analysis for high-end materials, finishes, and landscaping designs, ensuring value for money without compromising on quality.

• Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to the approved budget and providing regular cost reports.

• Assist in the tendering process, evaluating contractor bids, and ensuring that selected contractors maintain the project's high standards.

• Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.

• Oversee the financial progress of interior and landscaping works, addressing any cost discrepancies promptly and effectively.

• Offer advice on cost-effective solutions, value engineering, and alternative materials to optimize project costs.

• Provide accurate procurement schedules and document cost-related project data, including project reports and change orders.

• Work effectively with international consultants, ensuring smooth communication and integration of global best practices into the project.

• Assist in managing the interface between various project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and the design team.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in preparing BOQs for interior and landscape works, with a focus on luxury hotel projects.

• Strong understanding of the specific requirements and complexities of working on high-rise, luxury developments.

• Extensive experience working with international consultants and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, including MS Excel, AutoCAD, or specialized QS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of hotel construction, interior design, and landscaping for luxury properties.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring the highest quality standards.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with significant experience in hotel projects or high-rise luxury developments.

• Experience in large-scale projects, preferably with a focus on luxury residential or hotel projects.
