Job Title : Associate Analyst-HR Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year Immediate Joiner Job Description: We are looking for someone to collect employee information and documents during onboarding including important details like ESI and PF numbers. Responsibilities: Collect personal data and onboarding documents from new and current employees. Gather ESI and PF numbers for all employees. Keep employee records organized and updated. Help employees with questions about their onboarding paperwork. Follow up with employees for missing or incomplete documents. Collect and share required employee data with necessary departments. Assist in audits related to employee documentation. Generate reports related to employee data and share with management as needed Coordinate with the respective teams to make sure all documents are in place. Requirements: Acknowledge of employee documents and benefits like ESI and PF. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to detail and ability to keep data accurate. Good skills in Excel and computer use.
