Position Overview: The purpose of hiring a UI Designer is to strengthen the software design team by ensuring visually refined, user-centric interfaces that align with the Keus design language. This role will focus on translating concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity screens, maintaining the design system, and collaborating closely with UX designers and developers to deliver seamless, consistent, and high-quality user experiences across Keus smart home products. Key Responsibilities: Translate wireframes and concepts into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI screens and flows. Maintain and update the Keus Design System under the Visual Designer’s guidance. Support the UX Designer with prototypes, components, and user flows. Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for development handoff. Ensure visual and interaction consistency across all products. Collaborate closely with developers to maintain design precision and motion accuracy. Work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, iterative design environment. Key measures of success: Consistently delivers high-quality, visually refined screens aligned with the Keus design language. Demonstrates accuracy and completeness in developer handoffs. Maintains consistent spacing, typography, and component usage across designs. Actively contributes to improving and maintaining the design system. Effectively incorporates feedback and delivers iterations within tight timelines. Smooth collaboration with UX designers and developers, leading to minimal rework. Key Competencies: Visual Design Craftsmanship: Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color harmony. Tool Proficiency: High proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and libraries. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile setup. Adaptability: Comfortable with feedback, quick iterations, and evolving priorities. Visual Consistency: Commitment to creating cohesive, polished, and user-centered interfaces. Bonus: Interest in motion design, UI animation, or smart home experience design. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in Visual/UI Design.
