Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced DevOps & SecOps Engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to the CISO with a dotted-line reporting to the Lead Solutions Architect, this role is responsible for optimizing security, deployment, monitoring, and compliance across our product architecture.

This includes advanced experience with Azure services for deployment and monitoring, efficient and secure data migration, and comprehensive knowledge of global security and compliance standards.



Key Responsibilities:


• Azure Services Management: Deploy, monitor, and optimize various Azure services with a focus on security, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Security Testing & Vulnerability Scanning: Utilize tools like Checkmarx and Sync for security tests, along with Azure Security Center for continuous vulnerability assessment.

• Data Migration & Management: Perform secure, efficient data migration across environments, using tools such as Liquibase, Flyway, and Redgate to manage database schema changes.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, CCPA, and other global compliance standards. Generate and monitor SOC-compliant reports and manage data governance for global data consistency.

• Network & Security Configuration: Configure and maintain network settings, DNS mapping, routing, and load balancing. Use WAF solutions like Barracuda and Azure Front Door to enhance security and traffic management.

• Service Bus & Global Data Management: Configure and optimize Service Bus for reliable messaging and integrate data management solutions that align with global compliance standards.

• SDLC Automation & CI/CD Pipeline Management: Automate the entire SDLC lifecycle within Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, with a focus on monitoring, security, and efficiency.

• Security Automation & Policy Adherence: Implement end-to-end security automation in line with global policies, ensuring all deployments follow security and compliance best practices.



Key Skills & Qualifications:


• Experience: 3+ years in a DevOps and/or SecOps role, ideally in a high-security, high- compliance environment.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced expertise with Azure Services for deployment, monitoring, and cost-effective configurations.

• Skilled in Checkmarx, Sync, and WAF (such as Barracuda and Azure Front Door) for security testing and web application protection.

• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Prometheus, GitHub, Azure Service Pipelines, AKS, Docker, Docker Swarm, Azure Container Registry, SSL configuration and Service Bus.

• Proficient in Liquibase, Flyway, and Redgate for database change management and migration.

• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with global compliance standards including GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001, CCPA, and PCI-DSS. Capable of generating SOC-compliant reports and adhering to data governance standards.
