Experience: 20+ yearsNotice period: Immediate Joiners onlyLocation - PuneWork Mode - HybridJob Description: Client Relationship & Consultative SellingOwn and manage strategic client relationships across levels, from delivery teams to CXO stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor by understanding business needs and translating them into scalable technology solutionsHandle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Delivery ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-geo projectsManage global stakeholders, internal cross-functional teams, and external partnersDrive Agile, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices Technical Leadership & GovernanceProvide strong technical oversight ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutionsEngage with clients on AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiativesImplement best-in-class delivery tools, frameworks, and processes Strategic Planning & Business GrowthDrive client account growth and identify new business opportunitiesPartner with business development, creative, and technical teams for solutioning Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery teams Continuously evaluate and enhance team performance and engagement Hands-on Delivery & Continuous ImprovementStay closely involved in execution and emerging technology trends Champion innovation, learning, and continuous improvement Must-Have QualificationsExtensive experience delivering large-scale global technology programsShould have experience in handling cloud or salesforce projecsStrong background in consultative selling and client relationship managementSolid understanding of AI, Cloud, and Digital TransformationExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilitiesStrong grasp of Agile delivery, governance, and operational ExcellenceMulti-domain experience will be a strong advantage Interested candidates please send your updated CVs on amruta.bu@peoplefy.com
