System Administrator TraineeWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and IT, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.The System Administrator Trainee will be responsible for monitoring customer Azure infrastructure, handling incidents and tickets, attending customer calls, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor customer Azure infrastructureHandle incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests)Attend customer callsSupport the team in day-to-day operationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and ITMin 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B.
