VidUnit Media Pvt Ltd and Puntoon Kids Pvt Ltd are leading players in the digital content space, specializing in engaging, family-friendly, and kids-focused content for global audiences. With multiple YouTube channels across genres, languages, and demographics, we aim to entertain, educate, and inspire through high-quality storytelling and creative animation.We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate YouTube Content Executive who can lead the execution of our content strategy, manage publishing operations, and grow our presence across multiple YouTube channels.Key Responsibilities:🔹 YouTube Channel OperationsManage daily publishing workflow across multiple YouTube channels (20+), ensuring timely uploads and adherence to content schedules.Optimize video uploads (thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, end screens, cards) to maximize reach and performance.Coordinate with animation and editing teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.🔹 Content Strategy & PlanningDevelop and maintain a content calendar based on audience insights, trends, and business goals.Ideate and contribute to new content formats and storytelling styles tailored to kids and family audiences.Work closely with the creative and production teams to align content with platform trends and audience expectations.🔹 Analytics & Performance MonitoringTrack KPIs like views, watch time, retention, CTR, and subscriber growth using YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.Prepare performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements for thumbnails, titles, and content formats.Monitor competitor channels and industry trends to stay ahead.🔹 Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all content complies with YouTube’s community guidelines, COPPA (for kids content), and company branding standards.Monitor channel health, flag issues (e.g., strikes, demonetization risks), and resolve any policy-related concerns.🔹 Cross-functional CollaborationCoordinate with marketing, distribution, and partnership teams to amplify content reach.Work with external partners (e.g., animation studios, music licensors, content collaborators) when needed.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related field.3–6 years of proven experience managing YouTube channels, ideally in kids or entertainment content.In-depth understanding of YouTube’s ecosystem, algorithms, copyright guidelines, and monetization.Proficiency in using tools like YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and basic editing software.Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.Passion for kids’ content, storytelling, and digital platforms.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in kids’ media, animation, or family-friendly content.Familiarity with global kids content trends (nursery rhymes, edutainment, moral stories).Basic knowledge of graphic/video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Canva.
