Highly Experienced Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced automation professional to lead the development of test frameworks and drive quality assurance for our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and clients in the US to build robust automation solutions, drive test efficiency, and ensure high-quality outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Designing, creating, and maintaining automated test scripts using project-approved frameworks and tools (C#/.NET, VS Test, TestLeft, Azure Pipelines).Executing automated test suites to validate application features, workflows, and system functionality.Identifying, logging, and documenting defects discovered through automation, and working with developers and Quality Engineering leads to prioritize and resolve them.Automating regression tests to enable early detection of defects introduced by code changes and reduce manual testing effort.Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid feedback on build quality.Monitoring and analyzing automation execution results, investigating failures, and identifying root causes of script or environment issues.Validating fixes implemented by the development team by re-running relevant automated suites and confirming defect closure.Collaborating closely with the development team to review code changes, provide input on testability, and assess automation feasibility for new features.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Strong experience in automation and working with development teams.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams in India and US clients.Benefits include:Work on exciting projects with modern tools and technologies.Be part of a collaborative and high-performing team.Flexible work options including remote opportunities.
