About the Role:

As an Operations Site Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of EV charging infrastructure projects. From conducting site surveys to overseeing installations and maintenance, you’ll be responsible for managing technical operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient deployment of Statiq’s EV charging network.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Site Survey: Efficiently plan and execute EV Charging Infra project activities, including site surveys, verifying and confirming drawings, BOQs, and layouts.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and related infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with EV charging equipment, ensuring that the environment never experiences the same problem twice.
  • Customer Support: Provide on-site support and training to customers on the use of EV charging stations.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Upgrades: Implement software and hardware upgrades to improve the performance of EV charging stations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project completion.


Knowledge Required:

  • Experience in EV charging station installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and layouts.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Expertise in resolving technical issues and providing customer support.



What Are We Looking For?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in site engineering, installation, or maintenance of EV charging stations or similar infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site project management and customer support.
