Your expertise will be essential in producing engaging online experiences for leads and customers.Responsibilities:Work closely with in-house designers and the Marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.Monitor site performance and run regular audits to optimize results.Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more, providing actionable suggestions to the team.Harness your creativity to craft innovative interactive concepts in Webflow, leveraging observations and ongoing learning.Collaborate effectively with content, design, and product teams to drive success.Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the industry, applying this knowledge to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel in this role, you will need:3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, with a keen eye for brand consistency.Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.A solid understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and adapting to ever-changing SEO trends.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social/external platform tracking (pixels, events, scripts).Experience with custom code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Ability to work with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.A strong portfolio showcasing successful website design and development, with a focus on brand and marketing sites.What We Offer: A dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and a chance to make a lasting impact in the digital landscape.
