Date Posted: Country:IndiaLocation:1st Flr, Wing B, North Gate Phase-II, Modern Asset, Sy.No.2/2, Venkatala Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore – 560064, KarnatakaPosition Role Type:UnspecifiedRTX Finance is on a multi-year journey to replace Hyperion, its legacy EPM tool, with OneStream, a market leading EPM platform.  We are seeking a talented and experienced OneStream Software administrator to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will leverage your expertise in OneStream's platform to design, configure, implement and support financial reporting, consolidations, planning and forecasting solutions. Primary Responsibilities:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, DT, and project management, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.Design, configure and implement OneStream applications and cubes, integrating various financial and operational systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.Collaborate with our Finance customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using OneStream's functionalities and capabilities to support RTX's reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.Write complex business rules, calculations, formulas and transformation rulesBuild metadata, security groups, forms, workflows, cube views and dashboards, reports, allocations and data integrationsAssist with historical data conversion and reconciliations when neededDevelop test scripts and perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of OneStream applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.Develop and deliver end user training Create detailed documentation for configurations and implementationsProvide ongoing support and maintenance for OneStream applications, addressing any issues or updates as necessary, including updating business rules, forms, metadata, security groups, workflows cube views, dashboards and integrations, as well as troubleshooting issues and addressing user queriesSupport OneStream software upgradesStay up-to-date with the latest developments in OneStream software and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.Qualifications:Graduate/Post Graduate with overall experience of 10+ years with:a) OneStream Expertise – 3+ years proven experience in OneStream implementation and configuration, including knowledge of the platform's various modules and functionalitiesb) Proficiency in OneStream's building blocks, including at least 3 years of experience writing complex business rules, calculations, formulas and transformation rules, as well as building metadata, security groups, forms, workflows, cube views and dashboards, reports, allocations and data integrationsc) Familiarity with OneStream's design and configuration best practicesd) Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, C# or XMLe) Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, and finance concepts with an ability to analyze complex financial dataf) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailg) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalh) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmenti) Experience with other enterprise performance management (EPM) tools is a plusj) Project Management Skills – Experience in managing project timelines, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholdersStrong Excel and / or Microsoft Access skillsStrong passion and acumen for technology and helping to drive change and transformationDesire and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologiesAbility to travel if requiredRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
