Job Title: Experienced HCM ConsultantWe are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an experienced HCM consultant. This role will involve working closely with our clients to deliver effective solutions that meet their business needs.Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS is required.Process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM are essential.The ideal candidate should have experience in at least three of the following HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions is necessary.Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is also required.Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and knowledge on SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality HCM consulting services to clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud technologies and best practices.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
