Position Overview

We seek a passionate, results-driven Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our mental health platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales, understands SaaS, and is motivated by helping organizations improve their workplace well-being. You will work closely with our leadership team to build and execute a sales strategy to onboard new clients and meet quarterly revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, focusing on HR teams, wellness managers, and corporate leadership.
  • Conduct product demos and develop a consultative relationship with prospective clients.
  • Understand clients’ pain points and customize Mind Alcove’s offerings to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine pitches and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, market insights, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and company revenue goals.
  • Maintain CRM data accurately and ensure a high standard of follow-up.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or wellness.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • A consultative selling approach with a passion for mental health and employee well-being.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple clients, and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in the wellness, mental health, or employee engagement space is a plus.
