AI Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks in a product or platform environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive test strategies for our Conversational AI platform, covering functional, performance, security, and scalability aspects.Key responsibilities will include:Building automation frameworks beyond Selenium, PlayWright, TestNG, Appium, or RestAssured.Creat[ing] innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.Designing and executing load, stress, and latency tests for our distributed systems.Maintaining meticulous documentation of test architectures and leading POCs (Proof of Concepts) for new tools, frameworks, or languages.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and real-time systems, as well as familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
