Brief:

  • We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of overall experience to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams.
  • As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
  • Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent.
  • This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
  • Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology is mandatory.

  • Expertise doing recruitment on licensed version of Recruiter & Jobs
  • IT Recruitment experience
  • Contractual hiring experience
