With 9000+ enterprise, MSSP, and critical infrastructure customers worldwide, Seceon is scaling rapidly and expanding its India engineering operations.We are building a world-class R&D center focused on AI, ML, security analytics, cloud, data engineering, and automation at scale.We are hiring 50 fresh graduates who want to build deep technical expertise and work on real cybersecurity challenges from Day 1.Role OverviewAs a Software Engineer (Fresher), you will join Seceon's engineering organization and work across one of the following domains:XDR, SIEM & Threat Analytics PipelineAI/ML Models for Detection & AutomationCloud Security (CSPM, CNAPP, Container Security)Endpoint Security (EDR/EPP)OT/IoT SecurityBackend Services (SCALA, Python, C++)Frontend & Dashboard Engineering (Angular, JavaScript)DevOps, SRE, CI/CD AutomationYou will be trained by senior Seceon engineers and will contribute to actual product modules used by global MSSPs, enterprises, and governments.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild scalable backend services and microservices for the Seceon PlatformDevelop features for AI-driven detection, correlation, and automated incident responseWork on high-performance data processing pipelines handling billions of eventsEnhance dashboards, visualizations, and customer workflowsIntegrate cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)Contribute to code reviews, testing, optimizations, and documentationTroubleshoot issues and support production deployments with senior mentorsCollaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and research teamsParticipate in innovation projects around AI/ML and automationRequired SkillsFreshers with strong fundamentals in one or more of the following:ProgrammingPythonGoC++JavaJavaScript/TypeScriptCore EngineeringData Structures & AlgorithmsOperating SystemsNetworking & ProtocolsDatabases (SQL/NoSQL)Cloud basicsLinux internalsCybersecurity fundamentalsAI/ML conceptsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong problem-solving skillsCuriosity and willingness to learn fastAbility to work in a high-energy, product-driven environmentPassion for AI, cybersecurity, or large-scale systemsOwnership mentality and team collaboration skillsQualificationB.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech ( 2024, 2025 batches eligible)Background in Computer Science, IT, ECE, Cybersecurity, or related fields0–1 years experience (freshers preferred)What Seceon OffersWork on real, mission-critical cybersecurity systems protecting global enterprisesHands-on training in advanced AI/ML, XDR, SIEM, cloud security, and automationMentorship from world-class engineers & architects
