Automotive Embedded Software Project Lead

Job OverviewLead the execution of complex automotive embedded software projects, driving collaboration and technical innovation.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing global teams and implementing ASPICE-compliant project delivery. This role requires effective communication with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, ensuring timely and quality-driven execution of projects across multiple teams.Responsibilities:Project Delivery & Execution- Develop and manage project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation.- Coordinate requirement discussions, change requests, and technical clarifications with stakeholders.- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and customer processes, utilizing Agile frameworks for efficient delivery.- Report project status to leadership and customers with clear metrics and dashboards.Customer & Stakeholder Management- Foster strong relationships with global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, negotiating timelines and project scope alignment.- Manage expectations, coordinate cross-functional team efforts, and facilitate daily/weekly project meetings.Technical Oversight- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and engineers to guide implementation and ensure design integrity.- Review designs, estimations, test plans, and release readiness, resolving critical technical issues as needed.Team Leadership & Coordination- Drive team performance, promoting ownership, transparency, and collaborative problem-solving.- Build a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging process and compliance expertise.Process & Compliance- Maintain documentation, traceability, baselines, and configuration management to ensure regulatory compliance.- Ensure projects meet compliance requirements, encouraging continuous improvement across teams.
