Highly Experienced Backend Developer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot, as well as expertise in APIs (GraphQL and REST), cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure, pub/sub tools like Kafka, databases (Postgres or similar), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, or similar).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems with front-end applications and microservices.Develop and maintain high-quality APIs using GraphQL and RESTful principles.Ensure the smooth operation of cloud-based infrastructure, including provisioning, deploying, and scaling services on GCP, AWS, or Azure.Implement pub/sub messaging using Kafka and ensure data consistency across databases (Postgres or similar).Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our technology stack and processes.Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain microservices architecture for efficient data exchange between systems.Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high test coverage and reliability of the system.Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with cloud platform features such as Kubernetes, service mesh, and security. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack. Strong understanding of system design patterns, microservices architecture, and scalability principles. Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Argo CD. Knowledge of database administration and migration strategies. Experience with API Gateway and Security aspects.
