The role will focus not just on security, but also on service quality, SOP adherence, and operational monitoring using live camera feeds, images, and AI-enabled tools.This person will play a key role in building a centralised, intelligent monitoring system that improves service standards, ensures compliance, and enables data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesSurveillance & MonitoringMonitor live and recorded CCTV feeds across multiple wellness outlets to assess:Service quality and SOP complianceCustomer handling and hygiene standardsStaff behaviour and operational disciplineConduct routine and surprise audits using camera footage, snapshots, and recordingsPrepare structured reports with observations, evidence, and actionable insightsCamera Systems & InstallationOversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV, IP cameras, and AI-enabled camerasEnsure optimal camera placement for both security and service monitoringCoordinate with vendors and technicians for hardware upgrades, repairs, and expansionsAI, IoT & Technology EnablementWork with AI-enabled cameras to:Identify patterns and anomaliesTrack movement, time spent, and service flowFlag deviations from defined standardsIntegrate camera systems with IoT devices and sensors where requiredTrain and fine-tune camera rules/models based on operational needsData Management & Server InfrastructureEnsure secure storage of video feeds, images, and audit data on servers or cloud platformsOrganise data for easy retrieval, analysis, and compliance requirementsBuild dashboards or structured reports for management reviewProcess Improvement & ControlsCreate SOPs for camera monitoring, audits, and reportingRecommend improvements to service processes based on camera insightsSupport leadership with evidence-based operational decisionsCompliance, Privacy & EthicsEnsure camera usage complies with legal, privacy, and ethical guidelinesMaintain confidentiality and data security at all timesDesired Skills & ExperienceExperience3–7 years of experience in:CCTV surveillance, security operations, or monitoring rolesAudit, compliance, or operational monitoring functionsPrior experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or multi-location setups preferredTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of:IP cameras, CCTV systems, NVR/DVR setupsAI-enabled surveillance tools and analyticsIoT devices and system integrationsFamiliarity with:Cloud or on-premise serversData storage, access controls, and basic networkingMonitoring dashboards and reporting toolsAnalytical & Behavioural SkillsHigh attention to detail and pattern recognitionStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret visual dataAbility to work independently and handle sensitive informationProcess-driven, structured, and disciplined approachWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent service quality across outlets through proactive monitoringEarly identification of operational gaps and risksReduced incidents and improved complianceActionable insights generated through AI and data-driven surveillance
