The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and infrastructure design, with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Design: Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute cloud infrastructure designs, including network architecture, compute resources, and storage solutions.Migration Support: Provide technical guidance and support for migrating applications and workloads to GCP, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing downtime.Best Practices Guidance: Offer expert advice on GCP best practices, including security compliance, cost optimization, and scalability.Blocker Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related challenges, such as network connectivity issues, identity management problems, and data transfer complexities.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on cloud infrastructure designs, migration strategies, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of GCP services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, and Kubernetes.Experience with application migration strategies and tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.Proficiency in containerization technologies, like Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Ability to identify and remediate technical blockers quickly.
