Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Management:Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.Partner with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and support on all employee-related matters.Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all exempt and non-exempt positions, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs.Ensure a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.Employee & Labor Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and effective conflict resolution.Manage and administer the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable) and maintain positive relationships with union representatives.Compensation & Benefits:Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.Performance Management & Development:Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on setting goals and delivering feedback.Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with all central, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including the Factories Act, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.Champion a strong safety culture in partnership with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) department.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
