Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst to join our team.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules & processes and excellent analytical skills.They will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare BRDs, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.The role involves collaborating with technical teams to map business processes to SAP processes and validate data.The successful candidate will also define solutions for Data Analytics, Reporting, and AI-based insights.They will be responsible for preparing detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.In addition, they will support SAP ERP processes across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, Ariba, CFIN, etc.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience working with SQL queries for validations and analysis.They will ensure the successful delivery of solution components with strong ownership and accountability.Moreover, they will work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business process acumen and ability to connect processes to data architecture.Additionally, they will provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues across projects and workflows.RequirementsStrong background in SAP modules & processesExcellent analytical skillsAbility to work in Agile environmentsStrong business process acumenExperience working with SQL queriesAbility to connect processes to data architectureWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on high-profile projectsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional growth and development opportunities
