The successful candidate will map data flows, tool configurations, and team execution to transform ambiguity into executable workflows.**Key Responsibilities:**Translate client requirements into detailed workflows.Partner with teams to ensure project setup aligns with human performance realities.Validate tools and configuration logic pre-launch to eliminate blockers.Create clear documentation and workflow maps.Monitor workflow performance and propose improvements.**Requirements:**3-5 years of experience in Data Operations or similar roles.Experience with data annotation, ML/AV workflows.Strong ability to translate technical requirements into operational workflows.Excellent documentation skills.Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.**Preferred Qualifications:Experience in autonomous vehicles.Familiarity with annotation tools, schema creation, and pipeline validation.Ability to interpret operational analytics.Experience improving workflows at scale.
