Job Title: Performance Engineering SpecialistThe primary objective of this role is to design, develop and implement performance engineering solutions for software systems.Responsibilities:Gather requirements and set up necessary tools for performance testing.Understand performance benchmarks and configure tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling.Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate system scalability.Simulate concurrent users and transactions to measure system responsiveness.Monitor and analyze CPU, memory and network utilization during tests to identify bottlenecks.Document performance issues and recommend tuning strategies.Provide detailed performance reports against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).This position requires a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
