Job DescriptionWe are seeking an AI Engineering professional to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable AI solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and end-to-end MLOps workflows.You will take ownership of translating complex business problems into AI solutions from scratch, including architecture design, approach selection, and technical feasibility assessment. You will also be responsible for developing production-ready AI solutions with a focus on scalability and reliability.Additional responsibilities include implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and fine-tuning techniques, building and integrating AI frameworks and agentic systems, applying advanced prompt engineering techniques and output post-processing strategies, designing and implementing MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, leading end-to-end project delivery, mentoring junior engineers, working with transformer-based models, optimizing LLM integration patterns, and designing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures for AI systems.Required Skills and Qualifications6+ years total experience with at least 1 year as a Data Scientist and remaining years in ML/AI Engineering or MLOps rolesProven experience working with early LLM architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT-2, T5, or similar transformer models)Demonstrable track record of deploying LLM-based models to production environmentsProven ability to design AI solutions from scratch given business problems, including architecture design and approach selectionExpert-level Python programming and strong software engineering fundamentalsExperience with Azure cloud services and containerization for AI/ML workloadsHands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices (model deployment, monitoring, experiment tracking)Strong understanding of both data science methodologies and production system designExperience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead projects independently and mentor team membersBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.
