Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Oracle OTM upgrade specialist to lead our efforts in transitioning to version 6.5.3.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing functional enhancements tailored to business requirements, as well as performing comprehensive testing and optimization of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.About the Role:As an Oracle OTM upgrade specialist, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective use of technology.Key Responsibilities:Lead OTM upgrade efforts (on-premise/in-place) to version 6.5.3, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.Design and implement functional enhancements that meet or exceed customer expectations.Perform thorough testing of upgrades and customizations to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.Optimize and maintain database performance, ensuring efficient query execution and robust data integrity.Collaborate with infrastructure and integration teams to deliver reliable support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.Document knowledge transfer and solutions, enabling smooth handovers and continuous improvement.Requirements:Extensive experience in Oracle OTM upgrades and maintenance.Proven expertise in designing and implementing functional enhancements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of database performance optimization and query execution.Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools.
