Job OpportunityThe role is designed to promote technical excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning.It involves implementing robust delivery processes and quality measurement strategies to ensure consistency and high standards in all projects.This encompasses championing best practices, innovative solutions, and performance optimization techniques to drive success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough technical reviews and contribute to the design process.Provide constructive feedback on protocols and processes for improvement.Nurture positive professional relationships within the team.Participate in project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members.Identify potential risk issues and take proactive measures to mitigate them.Manage delegated tasks and address resourcing concerns promptly.Flag additional fees as necessary.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.Experience in Plumbing & Fire Protection design for commercial and residential buildings.Proficiency in fixture load calculations, pipe pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for hot & cold water and fire protection systems.Ability to prepare detailed layouts, schematics, sections, plant rooms hand mark ups, and BOQs.Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ASPE, IPC, NFPA Fire codes and standards.
