Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional LeadOur organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead. This position requires someone who has in-depth knowledge and expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle.Key Responsibilities:Leads and manages cross-functional teams to deliver complex HCM projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results.Develops and implements HCM strategies aligned with business objectives, driving process improvements and cost savings.Provides expert guidance on HCM best practices, functional configurations, and data analytics to stakeholders.Collaborates with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and deploy HCM implementations.Identifies, assesses, and resolves complex functional issues and problems, interacting frequently with clients around specific work efforts and deliverables.Requirements:8-10 years of experience in HCM, with at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud.Expert working experience in modules such as Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.Strong leadership capabilities, planning, follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.Preferred Qualifications:Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers.Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
