Ultimately, as a top-notch Java technical lead, you should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.Role: Java DeveloperLocation: BangaloreExperience: 5 to 7 YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do: Collaborate with coworkers to conceptualize, test software.Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelinesRoll out fixes and upgrades to software, as neededSecure software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilitiesCollect and review customer feedback to enhance user experienceSuggest workflow alterations to improve efficiency and success.Pitch ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancementsExpertise You'll Bring: Design and develop scalable backend5+ years of experience in backend development. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.Experience in Infra domain is must.Good understanding of cloud-native development (12-factor app) principles.Experience with Kafka for event streaming.Exposure to SQL/NoSQLKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with any GCP and AWS is preferred.Strong understanding of security, logging, tracing, and monitoring in microservices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
