With a strong focus on service quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we're expanding our India operations and looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our Pune team.This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to work within fast-paced international business operations.Role OverviewAs a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer billing across all The VoIP Shop services. You'll play a key role in maintaining internal billing records, managing invoices, handling queries, and supporting monthly reporting. This position requires precision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple billing processes simultaneously.Key Responsibilities- Add new companies, accounts, and associated service charges to the billing portal.- Generate, verify, and issue customer invoices accurately and within deadlines.- Ensure all internal billing documents and data sheets are up to date.- Create and manage billing-related tickets, tracking errors or discrepancies until resolution.- Respond promptly to billing-related emails and customer or internal team inquiries.- Maintain organised and accurate digital records of all billing activities.- Assist in monthly billing and revenue reports, reconciling data as required.- Collaborate with the UK team to ensure consistency and transparency in billing processes.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles (telecom or SaaS industry experience is a plus).- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with billing or CRM platforms.- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.- Ability to work efficiently during UK business hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM UK Time Zona).- Problem-solving mindset and capability to handle multiple priorities.Why Join The VoIP Shop- Work directly with UK-based clients and teams.- Be part of a growing international telecom business.- Gain hands-on experience with real-time billing operations and automation tools.- Friendly, collaborative, and supportive work environment in Pune.How to ApplyWe do not accept direct applicants.To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to: jobs.billing@thevoipshop.co.ukKindly include the subject line: Billing Analyst – Pune Application (Your Name)
