You will be responsible for designing, animating, and delivering high-quality motion graphics that meet the client's objectives.Motion Graphics Creation: Design and animate engaging motion graphics, including video ads, explainer videos, social media posts, and website animations.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the creative, content, and digital marketing teams to understand campaign goals, brand guidelines, and deliverables.Video Production & Editing: Edit raw video content, incorporating dynamic animations, transitions, and effects to create compelling stories and user experiences.Conceptualization & Storyboarding: Develop concepts from idea to execution, including brainstorming, sketching, and presenting initial ideas to the team.Platform-Specific Content Creation: Create motion designs optimized for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with platform-specific trends and best practices.RequirementsProven Experience: 3-4 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or video editing, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.Expertise in Motion Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant animation tools.Strong Video Editing Skills: Hands-on experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design to complement motion graphics.Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Strong creative ability and a keen eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.Understanding of Digital Marketing: Experience creating motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and websites with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in the execution of motion design and animation, ensuring flawless final deliverables.Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team, present ideas effectively, and adapt feedback in real time.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferFast-growing Agency: Experience the soaring growth of digital and be part of a fast-growing agency.
