Job Title: Lead Data EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer to lead the design and development of our modern, cloud-native data warehouse on AWS.This critical role is pivotal in building a scalable, secure, and efficient data platform that supports analytics, reporting, and AI use cases across our organization. The ideal candidate must be both technically hands-on and capable of leading a team to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions.The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years working in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS). They will possess strong hands-on experience with core AWS services, including S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, and SQL/Python for data transformation and automation.Key responsibilities include building and managing data models and data pipelines for large-scale data environments, as well as solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data lakes, and modern data architecture.A successful background in leading and mentoring data engineering teams, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills, is essential for this position. Experience with Power BI, Snowflake on AWS, or Databricks is desirable.
