📝 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven ECommerce Accounts Manager to join our team 🚀 The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence across various Indian and international marketplaces, ensuring seamless inventory management and maintaining account health. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our product listings, improving keyword rankings, and coordinating with creative teams to deliver engaging content. Additionally, you'll explore new marketplace opportunities and build strong partnerships to expand our online business. 🌍💻


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📦 Inventory Management: Manage inventory for both export and FBA fulfillment, ensuring stock availability and smooth operations.

🛍️ Cataloging & Listing: Handle product cataloging and listing across all major marketplaces, including both Indian and international platforms.

✅ Account Health: Ensure account health is consistently maintained by addressing compliance, performance metrics, and resolving any issues promptly.

🌐 New Marketplaces: Identify and onboard new potential marketplaces and fast-commerce partners to expand the business reach.

🔍 Keyword Analysis & Ranking Reports: Conduct keyword research and provide ranking reports to keep products competitive in search results.

🎨 Creative Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketplace creatives, including product images and descriptions.

🌟 Marketplace Handling Experience: Utilize your 2-3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce account handling to manage marketplace accounts efficiently.


🛠️ Key Skills:

Proven experience in inventory management, cataloging, and listing.

Strong knowledge of account health management for marketplaces.

Ability to identify and build partnerships with new marketplaces and fast-commerce platforms.

Proficiency in keyword analysis and SEO for eCommerce platforms.

Experience in coordinating with creative teams for marketplace content.

Expertise in managing multiple eCommerce accounts.

Expertise in Marketplaces - Amazon, Flipkart, Leading Indian and overseas Marketplaces.
