IT ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced IT ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Discovery processes to ensure a reliable and accurate CMDB across on-premises and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Discovery processes using ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB)Develop expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, including APIs, service discovery, and resource modelingAnalyze and troubleshoot complex IT issues related to containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT service dependenciesUtilize scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation and customizationRequirements:7+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOMProven expertise with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX), virtualization, storage, and middlewareFamiliarity with protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, REST, SOAP, JDBC)About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
