Software Testing Lead

Job Overview:The Quality Assurance Manager is a critical role that drives software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories as new software features are developed.This position involves developing test scripts from use cases, user stories, and other sources, and collaborating with development team members to set up and run automated tests using Selenium and write and maintain automated test scripts in C# using Spec Flow and Selenium.Key Responsibilities Include:Developing and executing test plans and strategies to ensure the highest level of quality for software releasesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needsDesigning and developing automated tests using Selenium and Spec FlowProviding guidance and support to junior QA engineers on test methodologies and best practicesIdentifying and reporting defects found during testingRequired Skills and Qualifications:Applicants should have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, experience writing code with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or C#, and at least 3 years of automation test/SDET experience.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.Other Opportunities:Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for technology will find this role exciting and rewarding.
