Dynamics Consultant Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled senior technical consultant to support the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.This role involves working closely with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations, timely resolution of incidents, and ongoing optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshooting issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Supporting and maintaining Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, Javascripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Managing and coordinating system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or Change Requests.
