Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps and TypeScript Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both DevOps practices and TypeScript development, with a proven track record of over 7 years in the industry. This role involves managing and automating our infrastructure, improving deployment processes, and developing scalable, efficient front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DevOps Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure automation in the deployment process to minimize manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline coding, testing, and deployment procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure security, identifying and resolving potential risks promptly.
  • Automate routine infrastructure management and configuration tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, ensuring system reliability and continuous availability.
  • TypeScript Responsibilities:
  • Develop efficient front-end solutions using TypeScript.
  • Design and implement TypeScript-based user interfaces and application logic.
  • Integrate APIs and services into TypeScript applications.
  • Ensure robust and maintainable code providing optimal user experiences.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-performance front-end and back-end solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Excellent skills in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
  • Ability to manage configuration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with infrastructure as code and version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
