Key Responsibilities:
SAM Architect and Developer
3 years of architecture experience with SAM
For Developer 4-5 years' experience with SAM development experience
We are looking for ServiceNow Architect between 10 to 14 years' experience in ServiceNow Architecture (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application. Minimum 3 full ServiceNow implementations, Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules (HAM, SAM, ITOM, Orchestration, CSDM)
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Familiarity with Service Now’s integration capabilities with other IT systems and tools
Develop and execute strategies for improving ServiceNow adoption and utilization across the organization.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the ServiceNow team.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders across the organization to understand software needs and ensure they are adequately met.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or anomalies in software asset records.
Assist in the negotiation of software contracts with vendors and manage ongoing vendor relationships.
Keep up to date with industry developments, software licensing models, and regulatory changes in order to proactively manage risks.
Qualifications:
Understanding of Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL Experience in the new ServiceNow scoped applications, Virtual agent, Performance Analytics, ATF, Predictive
Intelligence, Agent Workspace, Mobile app etc., Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC)
Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
Preferred Skills:
Minimum ServiceNow CSA certified.
ITIL certification / CIS/ ServiceNow certification is an advantage
