The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles. You will also mentor a small team of recruiters and collaborate closely with Account Managers to meet client hiring goals.Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals- Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and coordinate interviews with clients.- Leading a team of recruiters and providing them with guidance and support- Verifying the candidate submissions and proceed with the client requirements- Train, mentor, and monitor junior recruiters to ensure team performance and target achievement.- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and priorities.- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, documentation, and labor regulations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business.- Handle POC's and address the requirements using the team manpowerMust Have Skills:- Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → offer negotiation → onboarding)- Negotiation skills (salary, benefits, relocation, etc.)- ATS management (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, iCIMS, etc.)- Boolean search expertise (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.)- Client Handling- Team HandlingApply today or share profiles at siranjeevi.k@smartitframe.com
