Your Role:The Cybersecurity Operations Lead is accountable for overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving performance through data insights and stakeholder engagement. This role demands a strong understanding of cyber operations workflows, influencing capabilities, and relevant technical expertise.Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains to ensure smooth delivery.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contractual deliverables, and service quality targets consistently.Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) systems, Email Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, and Network Security.Manage specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR).Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment.Drive service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights.Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines.Analyze operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.Ensure timely and accurate reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Handle escalations effectively, support scope changes, and ensure compliance with audit and governance frameworks.Manage team availability, shift rosters, and performance dashboards, guiding delivery teams to align with customer expectations.Your Profile12+ years in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or delivery role.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Work Location: Mumbai & Bengaluru
