Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for classifying the type and severity of toxicity, providing brief explanations for flagged items where required, and ensuring consistency and accuracy.Key qualifications for this position include proficiency in English and Marathi, a minimum of one year of experience in content writing, content moderation, linguistic evaluation, or a related domain, strong understanding of cultural nuances, slang, and context-dependent expressions, ability to identify toxicity in both native script and transliterated formats, and good analytical and evaluative skills.While prior experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation, or data annotation is beneficial, it is not essential. The minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree in any field, such as Humanities, Linguistics, Mass Communication, or related disciplines.This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
