Key Responsibilities:Compliance Management: Implement income tax strategies, file returns, and manage TDS.NRI Taxation Services: Offer consultancy on NRI tax obligations, exemptions, and planning.Audit Expertise: Conduct tax audits, MAT audits (Form 29B), SEZ audits (Form 56F), and certification work.Assessment and Litigation Support: Handle income tax assessments, demand/penalty notices, rectifications, appeals, investigation proceedings, and litigation matters.Tax Refunds and Rectifications: Manage income tax refunds, rectifications, and foreign tax credit claims.Transfer Pricing: Assist with Form 15CA/15CB filings, TP study reports (Global and Domestic), TP audit (Form 3CEB), and provide expert TP consultancy.GST Compliance: File GST returns, handle GST refunds, audits, investigation proceedings, demand notices, and provide planning and consultancy.Key Qualifications:Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to changing tax environments.Benefits:This role offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity with opportunities for professional growth and development.
